Depuis 2019, le d\u00e9partement de SCADA et de t\u00e9l\u00e9contr\u00f4le de CT poss\u00e8de un laboratoire d\u2019essais dans son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Madrid. Le laboratoire a vu le jour dans le but de disposer, dans un environnement isol\u00e9, d\u2019une copie du Centre d\u2019exploitation des \u00e9nergies renouvelables (CORE) d\u2019Iberdrola, pour les d\u00e9veloppements et les mises en \u0153uvre que nous r\u00e9alisons pour l\u2019entreprise : parcs d\u2019\u00e9oliennes, sous-stations et parcs solaires, entre autres. Depuis le CORE, Iberdrola exploite, contr\u00f4le et assure l\u2019entretien de plus de 400 installations d\u2019\u00e9nergie renouvelable en Espagne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

D\u2019autres clients ont ensuite rejoint l\u2019environnement d\u2019essais. C\u2019est notamment le cas de GAMESA, pour qui nous r\u00e9alisons des missions d\u2019int\u00e9gration de sous-stations, ainsi que les autres centres CORE d\u2019Iberdrola au Royaume-Uni (Glasgow), aux \u00c9tats-Unis (Portland), et au Br\u00e9sil (Rio de Janeiro).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposant d\u2019un environnement propice, Iberdrola a \u00e9galement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser des essais d\u2019interop\u00e9rabilit\u00e9 pour les nouveaux \u00e9quipements d\u2019acquisition de donn\u00e9es que diff\u00e9rents fabricants souhaitaient int\u00e9grer dans les sous-stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En premier lieu, disposer de notre propre laboratoire de t\u00e9l\u00e9contr\u00f4le nous permet de travailler dans un environnement aussi fiable et similaire que celui dans lequel les projets se d\u00e9roulent sur le terrain<\/strong> ; dans ce cas, nous \u00e9tudions le fonctionnement des communications entre les turbines d\u2019un parc d\u2019\u00e9oliennes et le centre de contr\u00f4le. Ensuite, cela nous donne la possibilit\u00e9 de tester de nouveaux \u00e9quipements<\/strong> de sous-stations avant de les installer ; ce que nos clients nous demandent de plus en plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Quelles t\u00e2ches ex\u00e9cutez-vous dans le laboratoire?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Actuellement, nous r\u00e9alisons trois types de t\u00e2ches : des essais de fonctionnalit\u00e9 pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration hydraulique, avec trois \u00e9quipes de deux personnes ; le d\u00e9veloppement de nouveaux parcs pour Iberdrola ; et la configuration de serveurs pour Iberdrola Renouvelables. Le syst\u00e8me SCADA, dont nous sommes les principaux d\u00e9veloppeurs pour Iberdrola et Gamesa, est la plateforme PcVue, implant\u00e9e dans leurs centres de contr\u00f4le, qui g\u00e8re simultan\u00e9ment des centaines d\u2019installations de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Nous utilisons aussi les outils pris en charge par ce syst\u00e8me, comme SQL, Serveurs OPC, Simulateurs de communications IEC101 et IEC104, le tout sous Windows.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

IBERDROLA<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parcs d\u2019\u00e9oliennes en Gr\u00e8ce et en Pologne:<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppement et installation du syst\u00e8me Scada pour trois nouveaux parcs d\u2019\u00e9oliennes : Mikronoros, Askio et Korytnica (Pologne).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Port Augusta: <\/strong>d\u00e9veloppement d\u2019un r\u00e9gulateur hybride pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une centrale photovolta\u00efque et d\u2019un parc d\u2019\u00e9oliennes en Australie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Projet T\u00e1mega:<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppement et installation du syst\u00e8me Scada pour les centrales d\u2019Alto T\u00e1mega et Gouv\u00e3es, qui font partie du macro-projet T\u00e2mega, lequel comprend trois centrales, les deux d\u00e9j\u00e0 mentionn\u00e9es, et Daiv\u00f5es (1 158 MW install\u00e9s et 1 760 MWh).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Parc d\u2019\u00e9oliennes marines de Saint-Brieuc:<\/strong> d\u00e9veloppement et installation du syst\u00e8me Scada pour ce parc situ\u00e9 \u00e0 16 km des c\u00f4tes fran\u00e7aises, et comptant 62 a\u00e9rog\u00e9n\u00e9rateurs et une puissance install\u00e9e de 500 MW, outre la sous-station et des services auxiliaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CORE:<\/strong> soutien pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration dans CORE de nouvelles installations (sous-stations, parcs solaires, parcs d\u2019\u00e9oliennes) et d\u00e9veloppement de Scada dans les nouveaux parcs, environ 20-24 par an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

G\u00e9n\u00e9ration hydraulique:<\/strong> essais de fonctionnalit\u00e9 pour le nouveau bureau de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration hydraulique (COHI) des 4 bassins qui le composent : Duero, Tage, Sil et M\u00e9diterran\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposer d\u2019un environnement d\u2019essais sp\u00e9cifique constitue un avantage diff\u00e9rentiel qui, pour des clients tels qu\u2019Iberdrola ou Gamesa, est d\u2019une importance cruciale avant l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019une installation dans l\u2019environnement de production. Il est fondamental de v\u00e9rifier que toutes les commandes d\u2019une vanne d\u2019un barrage fonctionnent correctement, qu\u2019un parc peut \u00eatre mis \u00e0 l\u2019arr\u00eat lorsque Red El\u00e9ctrica le demande, ou qu\u2019un g\u00e9n\u00e9rateur produit les m\u00e9gawatts sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9s par REE (r\u00e9seau de transport \u00e9lectrique d\u2019Espagne) pour ne pas surcharger le r\u00e9seau. Poss\u00e9der ce type d\u2019environnements conf\u00e8re ainsi une \u00e9norme valeur ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 notre d\u00e9partement ; sans compter que c\u2019est pour nous tous un banc d\u2019essais et d\u2019apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Disposer d\u2019un syst\u00e8me de surveillance et de t\u00e9l\u00e9contr\u00f4le permet de visualiser en temps r\u00e9el les variables et les indicateurs \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des installations de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Ainsi, tout incident peut \u00eatre d\u00e9tect\u00e9 imm\u00e9diatement et r\u00e9solu plus efficacement. Par exemple, en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les parcs \u00e9oliens ne sont pas des sites facilement accessibles, et leur op\u00e9ration sur site 24 h sur 24 et 365 jours par an est impossible. Autre exemple encore plus probant : les parcs \u00e9oliens marins qui ont une capacit\u00e9 de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration plus grande et qui sont de plus en plus \u00e9loign\u00e9s des c\u00f4tes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
